What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and other available options.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
No, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, returns are accepted within 30 calendar days without justification, as long as the product remains unopened and unaltered. The refund will cover the product cost, but the customer must cover shipping and return fees. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof of its return.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over 50€. For smaller orders, the cost depends on the shipping region and package weight.
Do you ship nationwide?
We only ship within the Iberian Peninsula.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive within 3 to 4 business days.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 2-3 days at info@kamarere.com. Include your order number, a photo or video showing the issue, and a photo of the delivery note. We will replace the item, provide a one-year store credit, or issue a refund—whichever you prefer. Shipping costs will be covered by Kamarere.
Do dehydrated products retain all their nutrients?
Yes! We use vacuum dehydration, which lowers the boiling point of water in fruits and vegetables. This means they don’t require high temperatures, preserving their natural qualities.
How much dehydrated powder should I use in a recipe?
Check the back of the doypack bag for the equivalent measurement. For example, if a recipe calls for 200g of fresh tomatoes, you’ll need around 14.5g of tomato powder.
How much water should I add to rehydrate the product?
The back of the doypack bag provides the correct ratio. Simply subtract the dehydrated weight from the original fresh weight to determine the amount of water needed. You can adjust the water quantity depending on the desired consistency.
